Mummy Make Up Monday: Lip Service
I have been into make up since I studied Beauty Therapy at College 16 Years ago, ouch that makes me feel bloody old.
Wearing a full face has always been the norm for me but a full face for me has never included lipstick as I just cannot carry it off.
I feel like my eyes are always a bit of a feature with groomed brows and long lashes that if i wear lipstick day to day I just look too made up, almost mutton dressed as lamb ha ha.
I have no idea why! So I thought let’s give some lipstick a go and see what you guys think.
I didn’t want to spend a fortune as I have Mac lipsticks and other brands and I don’t use them. So I thought why not try Superdrugs range MUA which is always spoken about by bloggers and what’s better are some of the lipsticks are only £1. Amazing!
So honest opinion guys please, can I carry off any of these colours. I tried to pick a nude, a shimmer and a bold. Overall the lipstick formulas are amazing super creamy and long lasting…. How do I know- My lips were stained from the red haha. I would certainly recommend them to lipstick wearers.

#3 Shade 13 I have named this the Miranda Sings lippy for anyone that watches youtube you will know what I mean.
Would love to know your honest thoughts and what is your go to lipstick brand.

I like the top one best, but that might be because I love a nude lip if I wear lipstick. I rarely wear it either I prefer a slick of gloss.

I’ve never used MUA. Currently using Bobbi Brown for my lips at the mo.

I like the first two lipsticks they are very subtle and look gorgeous on you love, the red seems to bright but I wear it daily so you know lol

I havent tried any lippies from this brand. I love creamy lipsticks and my fav brand would be Charlotte Tilbury

I’ve tried MUA lipsticks, they’re fab! Makeup Revolution have some lovely cheap lipsticks also, I think the red looks fab on you, however I do love red!

I don’t wear much lipstick, but if I do, I tend to go for darker wine red colours.

I love the top one, but the third did make me laugh. I’ve never really liked lipstick on me either so tend to stick with Vaseline.

Lipstick is part of my simple makeup routine, mostly just dab and spread!! All these shades look great!
