Dining Out in Dubai

Does anyone else choose there holiday destination depending on what food they have to offer? Or if that just me?!

Food is literally such a massive part of my life thag everything I do has an element of food planning in it.

Eating out in Dubai can be an overwhelming experience. The choices are endless when it comes to sampling its culinary delights. With everything from Indian and Pakistani cuisine, to Italian and Thai, let us guide you on the best places to eat for every budget so you can save time thinking and spend more time eating! Here are some spots I really enjoyed with my family the last time we visited the beautiful Dubai.

The Palm Jumeriah

This seafood specialist is billed as Atlantis The Palm’s underwater restaurant thanks to sharing a glass wall with the resort’s 11-million-litre aquarium, which houses 65,000 marine animals. The resulting blue hue casts a cold light over the venue, and the air-conditioning can be chilling, but wrap up and push the boat out for the Experience Menu: four, five or seven skillfully crafted seafood and meat courses by Chef Gregoire Berger. Any guilt about watching your dinner’s cousins swim by will soon be washed away by the caviar-topped rainbow trout floating in cauliflower velouté.

Tribes Carnivore

The menu has been inspired by the amazing food and flavours of Africa, an extremely diverse continent, with numerous tribes, who not only speak different languages, they also have very different foods, which they prepare and serve to their family and friends with a lot of pride.

Tribes offers a memorable fusion of exotic flavors, taken from the African continent since the Tribal era, influenced by the Spice Islands of the East, the French in the West, the Malay & Dutch in the South and the Arabic flavours of the North.

Ayamna

Vibrant, aromatic and full of flavour: Lebanese cuisine is a feast for the senses. Taste the authentic flavours of Lebanon at Ayamna, one of the best Lebanese restaurants in Dubai. The kids seemed to really love this restaurant and they vibe they had was very fun and welcoming.

Authentic Markets

One of my favourite places to visit and eat are the tradition markets in and around Dubai. The colours of the foods and the vast amount of it literally grabs my attention and doesn’t let it go for a long time.

Like a kid in a candy shop I gather bags of various food and delicacy’s to try back at our villa and there is always something new that I am so happy to have found.

Last year it was dates! But looking at them you can probably see why.

Dubai Food City

For a day of food and fun make sure you visit Food city with hundreds of traders and stalls to really fulfill your Dubai food experience.

Let me know where you love to eat in Dubai that’s family friendly, not too expensive but at the same time not super cheap with local foods as well as some classics.
